🕓 Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
If 14 days have passed since your order arrived, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.
📦 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

If the product shows signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us or the courier, we reserve the right to reject the return.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

We’ll review your claim and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

Return shipping costs are typically covered by the customer unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
🔁 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variation, simply return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.
💰 Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to reflect in your account.
If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us at updates@siaagi.shop, and we’ll check the status immediately.
